Overview

You can use Settings to configure how your AI behaves, including its personality, tone, response format, and rules. This helps you make the AI match your preferred style and produce more consistent responses for your team.

Getting Started

  1. In the left sidebar, go to Design My AI.
  2. Click Settings.
  3. You will land on the AI Settings page, where you can review and update your AI’s behavior settings.

Actions

  1. Open AI Settings

1. Go to Design My AI in the sidebar.

2. Click Settings.

3. You will see the AI Settings section open on the page.

  1. Review and adjust your AI’s behavior

1. On the AI Settings page, look for options related to personality, tone, response format, and rules.

2. Update the settings you want to change.

3. You will see the AI settings reflect your chosen behavior preferences.

Requirements

  • Available on all plans
  • Available to any member role

Troubleshooting

  • If you do not see Settings in the sidebar, make sure you have access to the Design My AI section.
  • If the page does not open, check that you are using the correct path: /ai-settings.
  • If you cannot make changes, confirm that you are signed in with an account that has member access.
