Community Guidelines

Last updated: August 2026

1. Purpose

IIMAGINE.AI is a platform where business owners, creators, and professionals use AI to make better decisions, build agents, and collaborate through our marketplace and community features. These Community Guidelines ensure that all users — whether publishing to the marketplace, offering services, collaborating with others, or interacting on the platform — do so in a way that is safe, ethical, and beneficial.

These Guidelines apply to all user-generated content and interactions, including: agent templates and skills published to the Marketplace, collaborations and services offered to other users, reviews/ratings/comments, communications between users, content made available through monetized chat widgets, and profile information.

2. Core Principles

Do No Harm. Nothing you publish, offer, or communicate should cause harm to other users, their businesses, their data, or third parties.
Be Honest. Represent yourself, your expertise, your services, and your marketplace offerings accurately. Do not mislead or deceive.
Respect Others. Treat all community members with respect regardless of their background, experience level, industry, or identity.
Take Responsibility. You are responsible for everything you publish, every service you offer, and every interaction you have on the Platform.

3. Marketplace Standards

All marketplace listings must:

  • Work as described — listing descriptions must accurately reflect capabilities
  • Be functional when installed and configured per provided instructions
  • Include clear setup instructions and requirements
  • Be original or properly attributed

  • Do not use agents to circumvent consent (contacting people who haven't opted in)
  • Do not deploy agents making autonomous decisions with significant consequences without human oversight
  • Do not use the Platform to generate harmful content at scale

Agent Publishing Responsibility

If you publish an agent template: ensure instructions do not guide toward harmful behaviour; clearly document what the agent does and what permissions it requires; do not include hidden instructions that differ from documented behaviour; and ensure the agent respects external platforms' terms and rate limits.

7. Content Monetization Guidelines

  • Accuracy — content powering your widget must be accurate and not misleading
  • Transparency — visitors must be informed they are interacting with AI; pricing must be disclosed before payment
  • Legal compliance — you must comply with consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction
  • Data handling — respect visitor privacy; do not sell visitor data to third parties
  • No deceptive monetization — do not monetize content you don't own or impersonate others to drive revenue

8. Intellectual Property

Respect IP rights. Do not upload, publish, or distribute content that infringes copyright, trademarks, trade secrets, or other intellectual property rights. Content you publish should be your original work or content you have the right to use and distribute. Provide appropriate attribution where required.

If you believe your intellectual property has been infringed on the Platform, contact us at legal@iimagine.ai with details.

9. Reporting Violations

How to Report

  • In-platform: use the “Report” button on listings, reviews, profiles, or messages

Report Handling

All reports are reviewed by the IIMAGINE team. We aim to acknowledge reports within 48 hours and resolve within 7 business days. Reporter identity is kept confidential. We will not retaliate against users who report violations in good faith.

11. Contact

If you have questions about these Guidelines or are unsure whether specific content or behaviour is permitted:

  • Email: community@iimagine.ai
  • Platform: app.iimagine.ai (support tickets)

We encourage you to ask before publishing if you are unsure. We would rather help you comply than enforce after the fact.
