Overview
The Facts feature lets you add clear, trusted information about your business that the AI should use as context. You can use it to define important details and make sure declared facts take priority over AI interpretation.
Getting Started
- In the left sidebar, go to Context.
- Click Facts.
- You will land on the Facts page, where you can review and add business facts.
Actions
Add a fact
- Go to Context in the left sidebar.
- Click Facts.
- On the Facts page, click Add.
- Enter the fact you want the AI to know about your business.
- Save the fact.
- You will see the new fact listed in the Facts section, ready to be used as business context.
Requirements
- Available on all plans
- Any member can access and use this feature
