Overview
You can use Connections to link third-party platforms to your workspace so your agents can read data and take actions. This helps you connect tools like WordPress and keep your business information available for AI-powered insights.
Getting Started
- In the sidebar, click Settings.
- Click Connections.
- You will see the Connections page with sections for Connected and Available Apps.
- To set up WordPress, click Connect under the available app list, or go directly to the WordPress connection page.
Actions
Save a Connection
- Open Settings from the sidebar.
- Click Connections.
- Find the app you want to connect in Available Apps.
- Click Connect.
- Complete the connection details on the app page.
- Click Save Connection.
- You will see the connection added to the Connected section when it is saved successfully.
Generate an API Key
- Open Settings from the sidebar.
- Click Connections.
- Select the connected app or connection that supports key generation.
- Click Generate API Key.
- You will see a newly generated key ready to use with the connected service.
Connect WordPress
- Open Settings from the sidebar.
- Click Connections.
- In Available Apps, find WordPress.
- Click Connect.
- You will be taken to the WordPress connection page.
- Follow the prompts to sync your WordPress site.
- Click Save Connection.
- You will see WordPress appear in the Connected section after the setup is complete.
Requirements
- Available on all plans.
- You must be a member of the workspace.
Troubleshooting
- If you do not see Connections, make sure you are in Settings and have permission as a workspace member.
- If an app does not appear in Available Apps, refresh the page and check whether the service is supported for your workspace.
- If WordPress does not connect, confirm that you selected the correct WordPress site and completed all required setup steps before saving.
