Overview

You can use Admin to view high-level platform health, usage, and operational metrics in one place. It helps you monitor AI spend, review analytics, manage settings and plans, and check logs for events, errors, and security activity.

Getting Started

  1. Open the Settings section in the sidebar.
  2. Click Admin.
  3. You will arrive at /admin, where you can see platform overview metrics and navigation to admin sub-pages.

Actions

View platform overview metrics

  1. Go to Admin from the Settings sidebar section.
  2. You will see the Platform Overview area.
  3. Review the Last 7 Days — AI Spend section.
  4. Use these summaries to quickly check platform health and usage trends.

Open analytics pages

  1. From Admin, select the analytics page you need.
  2. Click Agent Analytics to view agent run statistics for the last 30 days.
  3. Click Connections to review third-party integration usage across workspaces.
  4. Click Token Usage to see platform-wide AI usage analytics.
  5. Click Users & Workspaces to view growth and engagement metrics.
  6. You will see the selected analytics dashboard with the relevant charts and totals.

Manage configuration

  1. From Admin, open the configuration area you want.
  2. Click Blocked Entities to manage blocked domains, IPs, and business categories.
  3. Click Feature Flags to toggle platform features globally. You will see changes take effect immediately after saving.
  4. Click Models to review the model registry and pricing.
  5. Click Plans & Pricing to view or update subscription tier definitions.
  6. Click Platform Settings to adjust configurable platform values.
  7. You will see the selected settings page with editable controls where allowed.

Review logs

  1. From Admin, open the logs section.
  2. Click Audit Log to review config changes, admin actions, and system events.
  3. Click Errors to inspect failed agent runs and execution errors.
  4. Click Security Log to view the full history of security events.
  5. You will see a chronological list of events, with details for each entry.

Manage users, workspaces, credits, subscriptions, and support

  1. From Admin, open the management area.
  2. Click Users to view platform users.
  3. Click Workspaces to see total workspaces.
  4. Click Credits to view balances and make manual credit adjustments.
  5. Click Subscriptions to view and manage workspace subscription plans.
  6. Click Support Tickets to review open and in-progress tickets.
  7. Click a ticket to open its detail page.
  8. You will see the selected management screen with records, status, and available actions.

Monitor system health and operations

  1. From Admin, open the monitoring area.
  2. Click Third-Party Balances to review credit balances and usage limits for external services.
  3. Click Code Audit to view static analysis results.
  4. Click Cost Tracking to compare provider cost vs. credit revenue.
  5. Click Health Checks to review passing, failing, and unknown checks.
  6. Click Recurring Actions to monitor maintenance tasks.
  7. Click Security Events to review suspicious activity and abuse detection.
  8. You will see status indicators and summary details for the selected monitor page.

Save changes

  1. Make your updates on the relevant Admin page.
  2. Click Save.
  3. You will see a confirmation that your changes were applied.

Return to support tickets

  1. On a ticket or related page, click ← Back to tickets.
  2. You will return to the support ticket list.

Requirements

  • Plan: Premium
  • Role: Any member
  • You must have access to the Settings area in the sidebar.
